The scripture in this illustration is from 1st Peter 3:8, "....You should be all of one mind living like brothers with true love and sympathy for each other, generous and courteous at all times."

Jack Hamm was a master of drawing parable like scenes to explain scriptures. I like how Hamm shows the Bible as a shelter from the frigid outside world, with Jesus as the source of light, truth, and warmth. The man in the cold (could it be you?) has only to come in and accept Jesus as Lord and Saviour.
